Mine works like a champ. I really don't know why those xbox fans are always trying to get back at sony for their console problems. Shouldn't they be mad at Microsoft...
I think the firmware that caused some trouble was firmware 2.00 (which by the way only lasted less than three days then Sony updated it to 2.01 and there were not problems since then.

You also should consider the fact that America is a FPS country. There are not that many FPS games on the PS3 right now.. Another thing Xbox offered 3 video games with purchase of console while PS3 did not.. Black friday was a normal day for PS3 it was not a promotion day, they did not offer any free games or anything of that nature. I think PS3 should consider bundling offers, and bundling with games as well as movies
MS had a promotion with purchase of 360 on black Friday, I think it was if u buy the system you get 3 games for free... I think those three games with the high sale numbers of the 360 had a big influence on the percentage of software Xbox posted...

a patch means that there is a problem in the software. If there was a problem with the hardware there won't be patches at all..
This is the format of 20 years from now... Plus I think it will only be used in Virtual reality and that sort of stuff.. because the human eye doesn't' recognize resolutions above 1200P so 1080P is in pretty good shape for the next 15-20 years..
I tell you what a killer app is: God of War 3. That is the real deal. However, I think metal geat solid will sell around .5 million its first few days, but will sell more afterwards as PS3 is gaining

The reason it outsold PS3 is because people don't know. But now since the PROD story has been aired on the media. The coming months are going to be really painful for Microsoft. They simply cheat the customer with every console they sell.
