He's back! Holy hand grenades, I can barely contain my joy. I bet this time he's more comrade than antagonist.
Apparently as a young kid, GeoHot had an affinity for fiddling about with technology - WHAT A F**KIN' SURPRISE!
Please, the case is over, enough with this dweeb. Let him crawl back into whatever scum filled hole he emerged from and let us never hear of him again. His 15 minutes are up.
Pachter said something, and because HE said it now the opposite is going to happen. Legitimate PS3 gamers are f**ked. :(
Anyone who's even dabbled in a R* game knows exactly what's in store - it sure as hell isn't gonna be My Little Pony.
Below - Tru dat. But it seems that, no matter who is developing the game, if R* are involved then the words 'controversial' and 'adult-themed' aren't too far behind.
You had me at Quagmire
I said months ago that there should be a couple of gameplay segments in a bustling metropolis setting. I know urban areas have been done before, but they were always devoid of civilians. It would be great, for instance, if Drake scaled some buildings while there were hundreds of people below him going about their daily business. Or a really hectic chase scene amid crowds of people.
I've always loved the Uncharted games, but I'm gonna be honest with y'all, I...
"Wow, he's not ever allowed to circumvent the security on any Sony device as long as it is against the law. If he does it without trafficking the information, he has to pay a $10,000 fine. If he traffics the information, he has to pay a $250,000 fine.
Sony have effectively tied his hands with regards to their products until the end of time, unless the law changes. He's still allowed to protest etc as that is a right."
And now he's bo...

He sure comes across as bitter in that blog update! ^-^
I'm glad to read that he hasn't been disallowed from just hacking the PS3, but ALL Sony products.
That screams to me that Sony won this case big time.
If Square Enix must insist on remaking Final Fantasy VII (let's face it, it'll never live up to the original) then do it for the PS3. I want to see Midgar look the best it can possible be.
Who can blame them.
They can't DDOS Sony sites and screw with PSN without pissing off consumers more than Sony, so they have to resort to a day of protest and in-store boycotting instead. What's that going to accomplish? Zilch. I wonder what other options they have apart from sending pizza's to the doors of Sony employees.
absolutely no one will care anymore.
Mark my words, come the 16th interest in this protest will have notably dwindled.
the more I want it...badly! Those gameplay vids look incredible graphically; the art design and attention to detail in the environments is astonishing.
was a total Street Fighter n00b.
after such a high profile case.
But at least we won't get any articles on N4G about that smarmy-faced asshat GeoHot anymore, and it'll make Anonymous's in-store boycott this week look even sillier than it was before.
And hopefully no more rap videos as well.
but I wanted to see GeoHot bankrupt and left reeling from the case :(
What a total anti-climax.
"Horizon, a game currently rumored to be in production exclusively for PS3 may be revealed by Cage at E3 2011. Horizon is one of two titles which may make an appearance at Sony's press conference. Featuring a sci-fi story about a couple, this could surely make a splash at the conference."
I thought the whole thing about Horizon was a total fabrication? It was confirmed by Cage himself that it was a red herring and nothing else. Damn, I hope it actually does ...
Alice Madness Returns looks da bomb, and I'd like to see more of its ilk on consoles.
as in Silent Hill 2, 3 and The Room, 'cos unfortunately it's not possible to create a HD makeover of a PS1 game (but you all knew that). Would make sense for them to release it as it cash in on the release of Downpour.
