American here, and I know better that sales for a generation are WW. It's what matters most not just one or two regions.
I always look at the whole picture when it comes to the numbers.
In a word No, because they don't sell well enough worldwide to make that big an impact on generational sales.
It's what happens when you only sell well in only two regions instead of many.
Ok mister writer I'll just sale my PS4 for an X1 system with 3 franchises I care nothing for (halo, forza, and fable).
If they were releasing Quantum Break this fall I'd happily purchase the system but for now I'll just stick with my PS4, and Wii U.

I know you can't be serious with that comment. In order to win a generation your product would have to sell in All REGIONS as provenance by PS1,2 and the Wii.
MS main user base is the US and UK it doesn't do well enough anywhere else to actually win a generation outright.
If they brought back PGR, Lost Odyssey, and Blue Dragon I'd happily buy an X1. Until then I'll wait for the games that truly interest me.
great review, and thanks for bringing back the Super Monaco GP memories lol. i love this game because of the tension and that it's very challenging to play. one little mistake can cost you a victory so fast that it's hard to recover from.

For me both AA and Ac are perfect 10s, AK is a solid 9 too much reliance on the scooter lol. They should have cut back on some of those missions. It got to the point where unless I had to use it I just flew around the city as that was more enjoyable to me.
I love flying around the city more than being in the batscooter lol.
I personally hated using it, but I had no choice since it's such a huge part of the game. They just rely on it too much for my liking.
I finished it last night, and I'd give it a solid 9, the reliance on the car was a bit much for me which is why I couldn't give it a 10.

I would buy one, but the only game I want to play is tomb raider. Both it and sunset overdrive are not enough to spend 350-400 on. Besides I can wait to play tomb raider next year.
When quantum break drops that's when I'll buy an X1, and b4 anyone tried to say other otherwise I'm not a fan of halo, forza or fable. Gears 4 does look promising though hopefully it's story is better than part 2&3.

I'm not huge fan of halo, forza, nor fable. And I stopped caring for gears after 3, I'll buy the system next year when quantum break comes out, again it was a good presser.
I get the feel it's about the lack of content then the gameplay, the fact that it's not a full game in a sense.

I feel Ya on this 100%. I lost interest in DA:Inq and traded it in last week.
Man both BL1&2 were my favorite baseball games back then. I hope they capture the spirit of both games in this one.
