you know even with them having a presser it probably still won't help them numbers wise throughout Europe. for them to even make a dent they've have to have UK buy the system to the tune of 40 million over the course of the generation, but we all know that's not going to happen.
nope the lack of a presser will not matter, they'll still be there with the huge amount of booths to showcase games there.
like others have said they decided to have one at the Paris Games week. they also have TGS, and their own PS Experience later this year.
them not decided to do a presser for Gamescom will not ruin, nor slowdown what they've accomplished throughout Europe this gen.

Yea loved part 2. I threw two perfect games in it one against computer, another against my friend. Both were hard to get lol.
Because it's not a freaking Sim racer, it's arcade period plain and simple. I have no problems with the handling when I play, and I'm glad it's doesn't have customization because I just pick my car and race.

Also you know what's funny even at a locked 30fps DC feels faster than most of the racing games I've played at 60fps, it's sense of speed is much better than the other racers.

Quantum Break is the only game I care about at the present moment, hopefully I get info of a release date so I'll know when I'm finally purchasing an X1.
Until they release Quantum Break I can hold out purchasing the X1. I wouldn't also like a smaller form factor system.
