He was dreaming about people rushing into stores to pick up their PS4's, lol.
That was hilarious, though. Give the man some rest! Lol
"--it actually works!"....as a Rock Em Sock Em robots simulator! DAT GAMEPLAY!
I KID, I KID, don't kill me. I really don't think the game looks good though, based on the initial gameplay video. Kinect Sports Rivals looks kind of fun though. It would be great for kids and parties.
It's been strongly hinted that it'll come to PS4 in the distant future.
In fact, in one of the articles about Titanfall (I think it's still on the front page), one of the developers stated that it isn't on PS4 because they are a small team. They felt that Xbox was their best bet for now. I'm thinking they're going to let it sell on Xbox for a while, get some money from sales and stuff, and port it to PS4 in a few months to a year.
It...
Nice, I'm going to check it out tomorrow. Thanks!
I would love to see how that game is progressing. It looks phenomenal.
I bet. I wouldn't want it on current consoles anyway. Need dem next gen graphics. The new controllers would also allow for greater precision and control of Faith's movements.
I see what you mean, but I don't think anything can match the experience of sitting on the couch with a good game an a (console) controller. Causal gamers are far less likely, I assume, to buy old RPGs like Breath of Fire or Chrono Trigger. FF maybe. More recent games like Deus Ex? I don't really know.
Then comes the issue of publishers charging ridiculous prices for mobile games. I've seen a FF game on the App Store that costed $30. Only the hardest of the core ...
What's Dragon Fantasy book 2? It sounds like an RPG. Is it fun?
OT: I agree, having both allows for a lot of different experiences.
I see it as this:
They have the retail games. A fantastic-looking racer; a simple, fun-looking platformer, and an amazing AAA shooter. With an open world game coming in February, arguably the best looking next gen game so far (arguably), gameplay-wise and fidelity-wise.
They have downloadable, AAA free-to-play games. DCUO, Planetside 2, Blacklight Retribution. And other MMOs like FFXIV.
And now, as we can see, they have a wide selection of i...
It'll keep the community active and involved for longer, which is a good thing. Killzone 3 (at least for me, maybe it's bad luck) seems pretty barren now. But I don't see that happening with SF. It's a launch title, it's selling very well apparently, and they're making strides with the MP. I like how they're doing their own thing (challenges instead of XP). Keeps things fresh and makes it stand out.
I just want to do a (cloaked) snipers only match...
Now THAT's impressive. PlayStation domination it seems, lol.
Out of pure curiosity, are you getting every Xbox launch exclusive? Please, tell me, what do you think makes MS's lineup better than Sony (not saying it is or isn't)? Hm? What makes Sony's lineup bad?
EDIT: Okay, fair enough. I like Forza too. I think it'll be MS' best selling title at launch. But I'm also looking forward to DriveClub. :P (I'm just messing.)
That whole "One before 4" part made it seem like a troll post ...
"The company said that it has already received 1M pre-orders for the Playstation, and if that is just pre-orders, one can assume actual demand is much higher than that."
Looks like online games are gonna be well-populated in the coming months. They just have to keep up with demand. Get those production monkeys moving, Sony!
I bet it is. They've got a good portion of the gamers on their side. Enough to get a million preorders. Great launch games, even better games to come (Infamous, The Order, ND, SSM, QD, GG, MM..do I need to go on?)..thinks are looking good for them.
A vastly improved controller, a beautifully designed console, a great online service that gives you access to full games.. What's not to like?
I'll be enjoying my PS4 day one.
Oooh. I got this from PS+ and enjoyed it. Not even close to beating it though. I stopped and took a breather after getting my ass handed to me (first time rescuing more than one civilian). I'm in a bad position now lol.
I'll keep my eye on this.
I can't WAIT! Day one.
Just saw the "Taking Control" dev diary. Apparently you use the touchpad to absorb your element/power, and to do certain actions. They showed some new gameplay, check it out on YouTube.
I'm glad developers are finding interesting uses for the touchpad.
That's really cool and different. Interesting. Hmm..
I'm guessing Nov. 5th or 22nd.
For now it seems to be. It's only advertised for PS4, and the official website only lists PS4 as its platform.
Looks like it! Maybe I can finally get into MMOs. I try and play DCUO, but no one helps me at all. I'm still at the beginning (I think). I just fly around the city. :/ But I'll get the chance to get into some MMOs early on PS4.
