They say "Forza looks better" without backing it up. DC is doing a lot more, and it's still being optimized so it can be 60 frames. I think they equate shininess with being better.
Before I get called a fanboy, no, I like Forza too, but you can't just say "it looks better" or "Forza s***s on DC" without backing it up, in my opinion.

I already dropped $400 on a PS4, and I'm planning to buy Killzone, Battlefield, and Watch Dogs (currently have those preordered). I might be switching my Watch Dogs preorder to Knack or a second controller though. I HATE that "GameStop Edition" banner. Ruins my case.

Where's the real source? Who would take their time to go to a live journal page to leak info? You know why big gaming outlets haven't reported on that? Because it's ridiculous. Not to mention expensive for them to add another GPU.
