I'm pretty sure that when you're in party/cross game chat, you only hear the people you're chatting with. I could be horribly wrong though, so don't quote me on that!

I wish they (Sony and Ubisoft) didn't wait until ONE MONTH before the launch of new consoles to announce delays. I know the games will be better for it, but come on. This is when I - and I assume some others - start finalizing what games I/they want.
