We haven't seen anything yet for PS4 sales in Japan, this year is going to make them take off in the region with all the huge Japanese games launching there.
No mention of Digimon: Cyber Sleuth, Gravity Rush Remastered, or Firewatch? Those are some of my most anticipated PS4 games next month
Never doubted it, people know the games the PS4 will be getting over the next few months like Street Fighter V, Uncharted 4, Ratchet & Clank, etc. and they know that the PS4 is going to have an enormous year

Street Fighter V, Gravity Rush Remastered, and Digimon: Cyber Sleuth have made an epic gaming month for February.
With the amount of PS4 games I'll be buying this year, I could kiss Amazon with how happy I am they are giving a 20% Prime discount for games from now on XD
Man the PS4 has a crazy strong line-up this year even in Japan. There are a ton of PS4 games that appeal to Japanese gamers, now DQHII is among the other big ones like Star Ocean V, Gundam Breaker 3, and DoAX3 releasing just in the first half of 2016.
Cool hero, very nice visuals, and awesome gameplay..... this is a JRPG I need to play on my PS4

The other good announcement is that PS4 and PC players are going to get cross-play, that should really make the game more active all around.
I'd say critical for the future of PlayStation as the world they created looks to have so many possibilities in future installments
I'd be fine with a holiday 2019 release of the new PlayStation and Xbox, anything before that would feel too soon.
I could have swore that articles said the same thing about 2015, specifically saying "Holiday 2015 is when Xbox One makes huge waves against the PS4". Look at how that turned out...
The PS4 is at 36 million sold already, once Street Fighter 5, Ratchet & Clank, Uncharted 4, etc. are out in the coming months then it's going to be even further ahead.

I would say $399 too, but I don't think it would sit well with people hearing that it's more expensive than the PS4 itself
The Xbox One has sold half as much as of right now, but who knows how big the gap will get when Street Fighter 5 and Uncharted 4 release soon. I'm expecting PS4 sales to further rocket like never before this year

In NA though the PS4 is still leading by about 1.3 million, which is very remarkable since the US makes up the majority of the Xbox One's sales
