Well the PS4 and next Xbox will probably get equal amounts of third party support. It's Sony's studios and their series that has me wanting the PS4. So third party games + Sony's first party games just makes the PS4 the obvious choice for me
I think it has to do with the big elephant in the room that would have to be addressed, the poor Wii U sales. In a televised event, I doubt Nintendo wanted to apologize and point out that the Wii U is doing a lot worse than they expected

Heavenly Sword is an IP that has a lot of potential, it just needs to separate itself from feeling like God of War in various ways. I bet on the PS4 they can do a lot more with the game's design and gameplay, making it a unique experience that does a lot of things that God of War doesnt.
Im hoping though that Sony gets people re-interested in the series by porting Heavenly Sword to PS Vita with Trophy support and bonus content like new modes and missions

I think this movie signifies a new Heavenly Sword game is being planned for PS4. I just hope they distinguish it more from God of War with the next game. Also to get more hype for the series, Heavenly Sword should get a PS Vita port

Well it is great news they're continuing the series, but if the next DarkSiders isnt as well made as the first two or doesnt stay true to the series then it was better off dying with Vigil Games
The turnaround the PS3 got when it had so many disadvantages for the first two or three years on the market is a comeback you see once in a lifetime. Sony also went from having a very bad image to being now one of the most favorable companies in gaming today, it's really something remarkable

As much as I loved God of War: Ascension, it seemed like God of War III had a bigger budget. Especially considering that GoW3 had to be built from the ground up for PS3 and they were able to use it's resources when creating Ascension
When Wii U sales are doing so poorly, it was a gigantic mistake to not have their traditional E3 conference. I wouldnt say them skipping their big E3 conference says they're in a dire state, but with the way the Wii U is performing so far makes their lack of an E3 presence look ten times worse than it already is
