Major disappointment. I was waiting on a price drop to get a Wii U with a PS4 this holiday, but I wont be getting a Wii U at its current price
And thats why Sony has given me faith in the future of the gaming industry again
I was very fortunate to get a Launch Edition PS4 reserved on Amazon
I'm fine with PS+ being required for online, the way I see it Im getting way more back with the content PS+ gives than I am spending on online
Very good for a new IP in less than a year so late in the gen
Was planning to get it for PS4 anyways
It does look good, but it's not enough to make me spend $500 on an Xbox One or put up with the DRM policies
Can't wait to play Mad Max on my PS4
They should have chose Metroid, the DKC Returns wasnt that long ago and I have been wanting a new Metroid Prime badly
This gives Watch_Dogs some breathing room on PS4 so Im good with this
That doesnt help justify the $500 price tag (plus needing an XBL Gold subscription to play online). It's too expensive
The combat looked very shallow and way too reliant on QTE for every enemy encounter
Why does the image show the PS4 for an article about "always on"? Sony already stated that the PS4 doesnt need to always be connected to the internet and they never even thought about doing that for the console
Hopefully it has new stages
The rise and fall of Insomniac is what the article writer should talk about. A Crack in Time showed that the series has a lot of life in it still and they are capable of making quality Ratchet games, but they no longer want to put the effort into making another one. They'd rather create as many games as they can as a studio instead of putting that power into a quality game, Insomniac has lost their way
Never did I think there'd be such stupid restrictions and ways for a company to have direct control over me for wanting to play a video game
"We designed Xbox One so game publishers can enable you to trade in your games at participating retailers."
So in other words, they control the price we "resell" our games at and are limited to participating retailers being the only ones we can do this with?
The hell with the Xbox One
More Tekken please
I can easily wait a year to play this game on PS4, multiplayer driven games with little emphasis on single player dont really excite me
I'm not even going to bother with the freebie version PlayStation Plus gives, I'll just buy the actual game
