No doubt the trailer looked stunning, the character models were big (just like MGS4)and the lighting amazing. (as it is in MGS4)
But people are going overboard claiming these are the best graphics ever. The rocks looked pasted texture wise at some points as did the foliage, the smoke from the flair was pretty current as well...

yeah I had it with Skyrim a long while ago and I just can't be bothered any more.
Tried going back to it, but looking at it from a step back, it's such a shallow gaming experience. It's only pillar is exploration, which it does well at the beginning, but after clocking in a number of hours it just starts to become very tedious..
It's not a bad game, but I need something richer and more rewarding, like Dark Souls.
Pirating games is a pain in the ass these days... Paying is so much better and I can have a clear conscience.....
Last game I pirated was Oblivion, so I've been good for a while now...

Nothing wrong with that, if you prefer the games on 3DS then that'd be a good choice.
For me though, the power an potential in the vita allures much more. Coupled with the fact that I have not seen a single game I would buy a 3ds for.
Give the Vita 1-2 years and we'll see some truly epic games come out for it, you can count on that.
Maybe then I'll do portables, but for now all my gaming stays at ...

I'm happy to play any game to see if I enjoy it or not, whatever system it's on.
But there always needs to be core games for me, otherwise a huge part of why I enjoy this hobby vanishes.
I also want to see a nice progression in the power of the next gen consoles, but there seems to be little incentive to make them much more capable.
Who knows how it will turn out, if next gen consoles can match what my PC can do now, I'll be happ...

Sometime people have to make choices. lol I don't have the money to buy 2 -3 consoles and keep my PC running all at once. No, it's PC and one console, that's all I can afford respectfully, baring in mind that my most costly habit is hitting the clubs on weekends..
People have to choose the system which they think is best, and can give them more for less...
