No, that would belong to Alundra on the PS1. Best Zelda clone on the PS ever, and I'd go so far as to say it was even better than Zelda.
Let this be a lesson for next-gen (although I would have thought the lesson would have been learned last-gen with the parity issues of the Pro and X1X with their respective base platforms) to stick with one console and keep the parity across the whole gen.

@Obscure_Observer Microsoft was (and still is) a PC platform simply by virtue of Windows OS alone. But they've also been developing and publishing games on PC for decades too, long before their endeavors into the console market . Simply put, PC is still the home of Diablo.
