Well if that's the definition of filler than The Witcher 3 was bursting at the seems with it yet no one ever complained. I bet Cyberpunk will be overflowing with filler too but it will get a pass as well. Funny how things that are just as prevalent in other games only seem to get pointed out and criticized when they're in a Playstation exclusive.
