It's funny to me when people say GT is a leader in sims when the last 2 games were not any good and lacked features and reused PS2 cars. This isn't even a full GT game. Lol you gotta love die hard sony guys man.
I was expecting big game reveals this is just short trailers of games we know are coming out and the new games that have been shown have been boring like this 10 minute dreams demo that looks so damn boring. They've shown cool looking gameplay stuff, but overall this is a big meh for me.
I was apprehensive about the game because Guerilla is making it, but man no one can deny that this is probably the most inventive and best looking RPG probably since Mass Effect. Absolutely stunning graphics missed in with an intriguing loot system and great weapons. Easily one of the top games I've seen this gen. And that's coming from someone who does not like Guerilla Games or Sony first party IP's.
Man with the exception of the new housemarque game and Horizon this conference is absolutely terrible. Hopefully they show some big games in the last 30 minutes.
Well it looks like Gigantic and Fable Legends might get pushed so that's adding to the year as well. I have a feeling Crackdown 3 or Sea of Thieves might get pushed back to 2017 for some reason.
After beating Halo 5 I'm pretty much going to be knee deep in Tomb Raider and Fallout 4 for the rest of the year, so when 2016 hits Uncharted 4 and QB are gonna be my obessions the rest of the year I might just play xbox exclusives and third parties depending on if Sony releases anything that catches my eye today and at PSX for 2016.
I just beat the campaign. Really enjoyed it. I'm not really a huge multiplayer guy, but I'll try out Warzone for a bit and then trade this in for Fallout 4 and use my gamers club on that and ROTR. Great game by 343 and I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in store for Halo 6.
I tell you this much DX12 is the truth serum for a lot of these indie devs cause I got to talk to the elite dangerous guys and they flat out said it took them literally no time to port it from PC to XBO and anyone who has that game on either platform knows that's a fucking miracle to get that game ported that fast. So how is it that they can do that, but other indie devs can't port games that look like NES games at the same time they port PS4 games? DX12 just exposes a lot of these in...
The problem is if there's no big time exclusives on the thing why would I buy it? A lot of these VR companies are gonna suffer the same fate because they forget the one thing that sells hardware, software. I haven't seen a system seller VR game yet and all of these things are supposed to drop next year. If Sony wants to get the Vita to sell then pay 2K to port NBA 2K16 to it. Pay EA to port Madden, Fifa, and Live to it. Get sumo digital or bluepoint games to make some first party game...
GTA San Andreas is the best open world game of all time. Why? Because you could legit do so many things in it. Wanted to play basketball? Boom basketball court. Wanted to play mini games in a arcade? Boom arcade. Wanted to box? Boom boxing mini game, want to collect clothes and work out? Boom they allowed RPG elements for your character to upgrade his looks. I'm all for open world games, but they have to be interesting with a vibrant open world.
Gaming has changed a ton since then. I wouldn't have a problem here if the publisher wasn't EA and if they didn't have tons of money or DICE had no experience with making a single player. Problem is at 60 bucks with 12 maps I need a story and single player missions. Sorry it's just the way I see it. The game is missing too many features for me to justify 60 bucks on it.
People enjoying a limited time Beta is a lot different than people playing 12 maps over and over again for a month or two. Eventually it's gonna get real repetitive.
Idk about that, but not releasing a campaign for a star wars game is ridiculous. I mean not even a 7 or 8 hour campaign? The game is just too bare bones for me to buy it. I tried the BETA and it handles well and the graphics are great, but EA is asking me to replace games like Halo 5, ROTR, Black ops 3, Just Cause 3 and Fallout 4 from my purchasing list for the rest of the year and they're not doing a good job selling me and BF 3 has less content than all of these.
As someone that owns a PS4 and XB1 I just don't care about the Wiiu. I have the money to buy one, but I seriously just don't care about getting one. Mario is just Mario now. The games are good, but I'm not dropping full price on them anymore. Zelda games are good, but they just haven't evolved enough for me to buy them. There's not enough new IP's and modern gaming features to offset the overabundance of, imo, stale franchises.
This site is a joke. I've seen guys get banned and even get bubbles taken away for even mildly criticizing PS4. You have PS4 guys come onto articles and troll all day and nothing happens.
