Not only do they put out a COD ever year, they also put out 2-3 dlcs for that COD. 2 DLCs = 1/2 a game.
By Consolizing the market they have effectively take away freedom from the user, which was once present when the game was PC only.

Progress in graphics is hard when obselete hardware even in comparison to me is sold as next gen.

Original Dragon age was a great game. PC version was the obvious version to get. PS3 version had FPS issues while the 360 version had poor graphics. Its always a compromise going with hardware marketed as next gen.

They are still loss making projects though and anyone who invests in games for these consoles shall has a high probability of not getting any BC when the next consoles are out.

Design the game around PC. Then give the consoles a watered down port so all platforms are taken full advantage of. Otherwise there wont be motive to buy the game since it wont be any different then BC2.

Sure The PS3 hardware is so powerful. Its even compared to highend PC's (on N4G). If a 4yr old PC can run current gen 1080p games it should be a walkover for the mighty Cell + RSX combo :P The Devs are simply incapable to take advantage.
