Konami released a press statement saying that they had shipped 1 million copies of MGS4 to EU. They also said they had shipped 3 million copies worldwide. Shipped to retailers and sold to consumers are 2 different things.
Don't post about things you know nothing about. It's an rpg done in real time from an overhead perspective. Not a real time strategy game. The RTS game's Blizzard made are Warcraft and Starcraft. Just so you know the 360 has proven this generation that RTS games can be done on consoles with controllers. Seeing as how Diablo 3 is an rpg and not an rts it should be even easier to make it work with a controller.
But I know people are going to hit disagree because I like the 360 so...
Because of the software development tools allowing PC games to be ported to the 360. I also read that the new graphics engine won't be dependant on DirectX 10. So how is this not possible. BattleNet is free and I am sure Microsoft can work out an agreement similar to the way EA uses it's own servers, or similar to the way the Final Fantasy Online game works with it's own servers.
Update: Several Gamestop employees have altered us that the retailer has been running this refurb deal for the past month or so, thus negating anything it has to do with the rumored price-drop Xbox 360. Nothing to see here! Move along, move along.
