Yep, they keep holding games back making them run on the old hardware. God of War Ragnarok is an excellent example of that.

This is what happens when you consistently fail to produce new games. I have no clue why they bought all those game developers, other than to destroy them and weaken the gaming industry. Thankfully there’s Sonyin the gaming industry. PS5 > XSX
Bill Gates is more focused on getting you to eat bugs and manufactured meat than games for Xbox. He also wants to make sure you are getting all your experimental vaccines. True story.
If you haven’t played through SW Jedi Fallen Order, highly recommended. Hint: Not a bad idea to drop difficulty on levels after you reach the end so going to the next stop isn’t a long grind. Enemies respawn after you Rest.
Hopefully they can fix that sometime. RT at 40fps would be alright. Performance mode is smooth though and graphics look much better.

Games have been the same price for a long time now. What has changed is they go on sale after 3-6 months with prices getting progressively cheaper. So the price increase is no big deal IMO. If you really want a game at release, pay full price and if you can handle it, just wait until the price drops. No problem.
Do they even have any 1st party games? The few they do have you can get via Gamepass subscription.
I love Ragnarok, however I just finished GoW 2018 on PS5 the week before it released and the graphical improvements are nominal. I have to think that is 100% the fault of making the game backwards compatible with the old PS4 hardware. It’s time to move on to current Gen platforms.
As long as they don’t go the direction of the movies, I’m excited for the next Spider-Man, Wolverine and Guardians games. Absolutely loved the Guardians and Spider-Man games.

This game looks like a mess. Online co-op, no local co-op which would have made sense. Dropping the frame rate because of online co-op. What happens if one of the players has poor connection? Are you losing out on something in game if you play 1P only? The combat looks more RPG like, which is alright but YouTube videos seem to show some frame rate dips.
