I would be scared to pick one up if they drop it to 99 bucks. To me a $99 360 means that support will be dropped soon.
I don't think that there needs to be much thought involved. Killzone 2 is already on the books for having sold over 1 million copies world wide and in under a week.
I know that most major retailers only make about $9-$15 off of a new game sale. 45 bucks x 1 million copies= 45 million bucks, I think KZ2's budget was around 30 mill. Not to bad for a few days worth of sales.

Have you all noticed that whenever we see interviews from Sony's brass they talk about all of the great content that is in the pipe line of us gamers, and whenever we hear from Mr. Greenberg all we hear about is what he thinks about Sony.

That is correct. As for chat from the XMB you can start a chat or video confrence with up to 5 or 6 other people just not while in game.
I have used this to link parties with other people. Like my brother and friend Tim live in Washington, I'm in Texas, we had a video chat running for hours while all throwing parties at our houses. Worked out really well, took a 12 person get together and turned it into 30-40 person get together with about 2800 miles between us.

The great games are damn close considering the longer 360 life span, but seriously there is no excuse for the extra 45 awful games.
