Having more studios doesn't create a monopoly it just means you have more studios.
Having 90% of the total gaming market share is a monopoly.
Microsoft has competition from Nintendo, Sony, Apple, Google, Steam, Epic.

How does it take away competition? If anything MSFT will have more of ATVIs games on more platforms. There is no reason why COD in some form can't be on Switch, Steam, PlayStations, Samsung TVs, Xbox, etc etc.
You throw words out like monopolization but no one can explain how it monopolizes anything.
Last I checked MSFT is in 3rd place and the concessions they have made already would be to continue supporting games on other platforms/ecosystems.
