I agree with everything except..
-No large maps. Medium and small only keep this a game about close combat.
-No need for a ghillie suit when the maps aren't big enough to camp.
-You need to be able to run.
-I don't see players needing to swim or dive in a close combat game.
Socom was originally a close combat game. With only one life you had to act quick to stay alive. Your accomplishment came in the lobby between rounds when y...
Could be good but seems like the title should have been "Sons of Anarchy".
I will at least explain why I disagreed with your post.
You say "if the price is under $299 or less". People will buy next gen consoles in droves at a price of $500.
I also hate getting disagrees without an explanation.
Agree completely. There is no need for every shooter to have vehicles and absurdly large maps. I want to feel like I am in the battle not on the outside looking for a vehicle to spawn.
And OMG I hate respawn games. How are you ever going to learn from your mistakes if you don't have time to reflect on them. Respawn = non-tactical waves of brainless impatient morons.
My two cents
One of its biggest short comings and PS3 for that matter was lack of communication. By trying to force everyone to play together around the world and not servers for different regions you would be placed with people you couldn't communicate with making it extremely hard to find people with mics and who also spoke your language. Also Socom was about close quarter combat you could literally frag people from the start of the round "which was great for elimi...
If Thief is made properly it will do very well in next gen consoles and hopefully revive the franchise. This game holds so much of my respect as a gamer that I find myself longing for its release more then next gen consoles themselves. The game keeps you on the edge of your seat as you guide yourself through shadows hoping not to make a peep or alert anything for it will surely be your demise. The amount of angst this game instills in you the gamer as you play is so powerful, the game should ...
Between the PS2 and PS3 the loading times increased drastically.
I just don't think there should be load times for the load times, like in Fight Night: Round 4
You would schedule a fight and then watch a calendar tick away at the days then a loading screen for the training then another loading screen for the fight.
The answer is no.
I am glad more and more games like this are coming out, but they should all pay homage to DayZ.
I really hope this is true. Load times on games this gen were horrible.
Thief Looks Amazing! I cant wait to rob all you taffers.
True or false that was very cool. Nice comment
Getting a lot of disagrees must be some really PC people getting their feelings hurt.
Religions are the perfect back drop for games its all make believe.
Religion:Mass delusion
Doesn't that sound like a great game to play. I bet it would be scary as hell.
All puns intended :D
I agree with you. Give me XXX games because I am a man and I like ( . )( . )'s
Now I have to watch out for Adria Richards for my comment is sexist and racist for those are white boobs.
Maybe she would have common sense and see it as two "Super Heroes" fighting. Something you're obviously missing. If the statue was not a "Superhero" and just an ordinary guy choking a woman then it would be offensive and speak volumes about you as an individual.
And while I agree with your comment, I am an American. Being PC is the business model that corporations have to adhere to or they will be publicly shamed and lobbied against. Being PC steps on the rights of free speech. Everything is reverse in America. The oppressed are now the oppressors.
This is simply a game with super heroes fighting. In no way shape or form should you have to be PC. But lobbyists would have crucified the company for it.
This is the logi...
Well by god I think that's all the proof we need. You said "you think they did it" well then they must have.
Case closed.
Some one give this kid a book to read. I cant handle ignorance.
Now if you said N4G should try to control the rampant fanboyism on this site. We could have taken you seriously and agreed with you. But seeing as you had to say "Sony" you are nothing more than a fanatical fanboy yourself.
The video is nothing but a hoax some one taking credit for a maintenance issue. Even if this was a hack of some sort this still doesn't fit Anonymous-is agenda. If you look at their track record these issues fit the build "Human rights, bigotry, rape, security, racism/sexism". If the hack don't fit you must acquit.
Also, when they do a hack they explain in great detail, so everyone can understand the injustice or wrong doings that have taken place.
It looks like Arma 2: Operation arrowhead actually was the one who started it, which is what the DayZ mode was created off which started development some time in 2011.
State of Decay was also in the beginning stages of development in February 2011.
This is what I found so I guess technically I was wrong. My bad.
We should all pay homage to Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead
