The developer does not want you to purchase their game used, so that you may want to buy their next game new{WTF}.

The game is great. I pre-ordered it and I have been playing every day since launch. I am a loner so it takes me some time to clear a level of all loot, but I get it done. I have never played a game quite like it and for the life of me I cant think of a game to compare it to.

EA is an entity and has a soul, but it doesn't care about its customers, employees or morality, only profits. By law that is all it can care about.
I am so glad I haven't purchased a product of EA's since "SPORE". Game was great btw, but their security measures to protect their profits is strangling their customers.

I had a lot of fun playing Heavenly Sword. It does feel a little like God of War, but I think we can all agree this character is so much hotter. Also, I had a ton of fun steering the arrows and cannons. This game was so beautiful to see in action and is one of my favorites from the PS3.

When you purchase a game new the creator is selling you a license to his "Intellectual property". You do not have the right to sell his "Intellectual Property". You have the right to sell the disc which is just the "key". GameStop and others have walked a fine line in this area and now technology has given the creator the ability to protect his creation.

I would do all digital downloads if we were auto mailed the info packs for the game.
For Example: GTA
If you buy the physical copy. You get the map, instructions/button layout and radio station guide.
With the digital download you would not receive any of this material.
I hope that they do a port. But I would totally let them double dip on this one if they produce more than one GTA every 7 years.

Your reply gives me info you should have included in your first post. You should explain your thoughts more clearly before posting. Try proof reading, otherwise your post is left up to interpretation. So I will stick by my statement that your post was absent of intelligent thought.
People who buy used games are frugal to put it nicely. And frugal people are not going to part with a dollar for new outfits or maps.
