I hope so, I love Uncharted but I hate this current need to kill franchises with unnecessary sequels. Let them die while they're on top & come back to them later down the line if needed.

I'm afraid sugar coating it is not going to help anyone either. The hardware is the same regardless, your not going to suddenly get a 50-60% improvement.
It's never happened before & it will never happen in the future. You're looking at probably a respectable 10% increase in SDK optimisation at best.

My guess is Activision worked in some publisher clause when selling the licence to Sony & as ND fan art contest doesn't involve any return in financial income Activision said no they weren't interested.
There was obviously some upset when they let it slip on Facebook so maybe Activision didn't want it to slip again that it was coming soon & want it kept under wraps until they can start making some money from it.
IMO It's silly that this keeps getting repeated. Sony already let it slip on their Facebook page about 6 months ago that they've bought the licence for Crash & he will be coming to PS4 before 2016.
Since then this same story about "will Crash ever return to PS4" seems to come up every 3-4 weeks. I believe there's going to be a crash out possibly in 2015 but it's going to be Crash Racing which I don't think will do all that well so depends if ...

Because they've been doing some actual work instead of doing nothing but media hyping how 60fps is groundbreaking!
I think the reply was more in response to both companies Sony & Microsoft both claiming we will shortly see Avatar quality graphics on their consoles.
It's just another company pointing out how ridiculous the gaming industry is with the constant lies they use to sell their products.
