I don't have a gaming addiction and i think that anyone who does is just weak willed. Quitting gaming is easy - i do it ten times a day.
It looks like your friends' Netflix account is linked to your 360.
Get your friend to go to the Netflix website and deactivate your 360.
He has to go to Account - Netflix Ready Device Activation - Xbox 360 - Deactivate.
After that, download Netflix again on your 360 and launch it. Go to the Netflix website in your computer and go to Account - Netflix Ready Device Activation- Xbox 360, you will then get an activation code.
