Every company in competition with each other does this....but i wouldn't say that they are playing "follow the leader."
Its just that Nintendo had motion gaming, and made a TON of money. Microsoft, and Sony said "Damn thats the only console on the market that has Motion gaming.....WE NEED IT TO!" and jumped on board the ship.
I can DEFINITELY see it happen.
I remember a few years ago the only systems I had were the GameCube, and the PS2. My dad bought me Splinter Cell....for the XBOX...I laughed hard. Thats why back then my mom was the only person who bought games for me.
I can DEFINITELY see people mistaking Kinect as a system. Microsoft invested more money in Kinect launch then in the 360 launch!! Kinect looks like its being advertised as a game console itself.

Haze was alright. The hype is what killed it tho. I remember in the co-op demo I just shot my teammates in the back of their heads so they would start spazzing out. god that was so funny :D
I knew Microsoft was going hard on the Kinect advertisement, but damn! Their basically giving the thing away for free! Microsoft knows that if they can get enough people on board with Kinect they will be safe in the next generation.
Some people might call this dirty business but, their is no such thing as "dirty business". In the end its all business.
EDIT: Im pretty sure everyone who has a 360 would line up. Its basically FREE!! Gaming is an expens...
the UE3 was not made for MoH, but the UE3 has been made with the PC in mind, and the 360 is closer to the PC then the PS3 is.

Kinect just doesn't do it for me. The only time I can see myself playing Kinect is when im at a party with my friends or something. I could barley play the Wii...motion gaming just doesn't do it for me.
God of War 1 had an epic last boss fight. God of War 2 had an even better boss fight. God of War 3 WOULD have had one of the coolest boss fights ever...but it was cut...GOD DAMMIT!!! They should have just delayed the game, and polished it.
1 of the main things I didn't like about GoW3 was the last boss. It was like the least epic boss in the game.
I get depressed when I see that GoW3 could have been better.....damn...good game, but it didn't stand out...
The speed, crashes, 360 on aircrafts...and the drifting...damn I REALLY wish Rockstar puts all this in GTA V....and forget the graphic issue. Unless the the graphic problem is really big then I DONT CARE, I want FUN with no limits!

The main reason I got PS+ was for the early demos, and the BETAS!!! I have only been in 1 beta, and thats AC:Bh. Hopefully they give out (more) KZ3 betas, LBP2 beta, and more before my 1 year subscription ends!!!

The 1st, and 2nd GoW showed his body, and his face was looking away. When the GoW3 cover was shown I really hated it. It messed up the trilogy cover!

I mean my first console was a SNES, ut I barley remember that. PS1 was great, but PS2 was incredible. The PS3 has some good games like Uncharted, Killzone 2, and Demons Souls, but the PS3 has nothing on the PS2. Amazing games, at affordable prices.

As I said before I hated the competitive in Resistance 2. I liked the cooperative.
I agree with Fishy Fingers. The Multi-player in the game was a train wreck. They should go back to Resistance: Fall of Man multi-player. Simple, and fun.
