WHAT!?!? I had no idea all that was being changed in SOCOM!
Is it only 5 game modes or the game modes that have been said so far?
If its just those game modes than I really hope they add Breach (which im guessing is the unknown game mode) Escort, and Extraction. My favorite game modes in SOCOM 2 and 3 was anything with hostages. SOOO much fun!
I think it would be good for Sony to make a free MMO game available on the PSN store. So anyone who buys a PS3 already has 1 game they can play right off the bat.
When I am bored I usually just F@#% people over on zombies in COD:BO. The number 1 way to fend off a troll is to just play dead....DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL. The moment people say something (especially if they are pissed) they might as well just leave the game because the trolls will never leave.
my opinions on the list:
#8-I usually don't quit unless I am playing by myself, and I know me and my team will do horrible. I couldn't care less if my teammates quit. That just means the rest of the people have to step it up and change their tactic.
#7-I agree with it but it doesn't piss me off. Usually If someone on the other team is knifing I take it as a challenge and try to knife the person.

Its true that CoD is easy to pick up. Most people can buy a game, and get pretty good fats, but I also agree with Alpha-Male22. If you want a 20 kill streak or something like that your going to have to plan it out and try hard.
It might not take skill to be good, but it takes skill to be great. You will almost never see someone who just bought CoD get like a 20 kill streak.
I just can't self playing only 1 game. I rather play different games. Even if its VERY good. I'm all for quality over quantity, but I also want variety. If I was the kind of person that can stick to 1 game I would definitely buy this game, but I am not. I like trying out new games. Thats just how I am.
The beta was great. It gave me as much satisfaction as a PSN game.

Researching sales, and knowing them won't make a difference though. For example the PS3 is in third place this generation. Most people know that, but we can't do anything. There is no real point in gamers knowing sales of a game because they can't do anything about it. A game has to sell itself.
This doesn't effect me at all. I always buy my games new. Most used games are only $5 less then the new game (at least in gamestop). I don't mind this, but next generation games better not be more than $60.

I think anyone with common sense can understand that most people on PSN have extra accounts since its free to make an account. I have like 4 or 5.
The screenshots were nice, but I think Crysis 2 wins. The quality is better. Artistic style...well...its a tie to me.
I was going to buy Killzone 3, but I am really starting to avoid FPS games. The next FPS I will buy is probably Resistance 3.
I kind of agree. If a game I buy sells good I applaud it success. Then play the game. If a game I buy sells bad, I might feel a bit sorry for it....Then play the game.

As time goes on it takes a lot more money to make games. Since we just got out of a recession (I guess) devs, and publishers are playing it safe with sequels. This generation is nice has a few good games, but my PS2 days were the best.
I also agree with your saying on GOW III. The last boss Zeus was dull. Im playing the game waiting for something crazy to happen during the boss fight. Nothing. It might as well been an over powered grunt. It stupid how all other bosses show some crazy cutscene or power, than the Zeus comes in....and then dies.
I also found it stupid how Athena out of nowhere becomes evil, and wants power. I liked her in GOW I & II. She was one of the few people to try to talk Kratos out...
I can easily see a Dead or Alive game on this.

Off topic I know but I had to let that go since SOCOM 2 was the first console online game I played. SO much fun!!!! I remember when the PS3 clock messed up the first thing I did was go and play SOCOM 2 online.
K so back on topic. From all the online games I played EA servers suck. Hopefully they might improve on the servers that aren't going to be shutdown.

Um...I find it weird how first the ME2 thing goes on downplaying the PS3 version. Then this article comes up (maybe trying to get back PS3 fans?). I mean they BARLEY mentioned anything about Halo: Reach.

Pisses me off when people say "C'mon two primary guns!!" God Zipper took out the things that defined SOCOM, and added the exact opposite.
They took out lobbies, classic view (from what I heard), game modes that EVERY SOCOM game had, and add two primary guns, the horrible e-tag, and last and least KILLSTREAKS. This deson't even sound like SOCOM anymore. Just sounds like 3rd person MAG to me. This is NOT a REAL SOCOM game no matt...
