I just want to say that I have never owned an XBOX. I'm 31 years old and their games and especially their hardware have never appealed to me. I have plenty of friends who have went through multiple 360's and a few friends who have had their PS3's brick. I have nothing against XBOX. It just doesn't appeal to me.

In most games you're absolutely right about K/D ratio, but I expect this to have a score per minute stat similar to BFBC2 since its made by DICE. And score/min is a way better judge of ability than K/D.
This game is going to own, I hope the rewards are limited though. Radars, Mortar Strikes, and Predator missile's are ok, but please no sentry turrets, Harrier jets, gunships, or nukes.
I'd prefer it didn't have any, but minor ones will be ok.

Is it just me or did the Halo environments look really... bland or sparse or N64ish? I'm not trying to rip on it, I thought the enemy evasion was sweet and the A.I. seemed nice, but I would expect a mountain base to be a little more mountainy and harder to access then a grassy field with random crags sticking out of the ground.

This isn't something Sony is implementing or supporting. Therefore it will not be added to the XMB. They have their own video service, why would they add Netflix and compete against themselves. Maybe Sony will counter it with a subscription option for their video store, that would be sweet.

My only point is that this was a stupid article. Kind of like stating the obvious. Any popular game that has new content released for it will see an increase in users. Especially a game as popular as Halo 3, or CoD, Starcraft, WoW, (insert popular game here).
I agree that the freezing is unfortunate and irritating, but its a beta, not going to let it bother me.
In my opinion the game is really good so far. I'm interested in more details on maps and modes. I think it feels like a cross between MW and BFBC. Which is good for me because I love BFBC and only slightly enjoy MW.
I will buy it, but it may end up not being as good as either MW or BFBC.
