In the behind the scenes he says MGS4 has a little over 8 hours of cinematics.
It took me 25 hours and 33 minutes to complete the game on normal.
MGS4 has more gameplay(and better gameplay) than Halo and Gears of War.
Period.
MGS4 does feel like a movie though. The most EPIC movie you've ever seen in your life that is.
