Amazon.ca really messed up by having two listings of the standard edition. The one I had pre-ordered is out of stock and the one that's in stock includes the Capitol Defender Pack but more expensive at $89.65. I explained to them that all copies contain the pre-order bonus but they wouldn't listen. Really annoying.
Yeah, I agree. I never got the emails for Horizon or Spider-Man. I had to either call Sony Support or via chat and they would send it.
When I made my psn account, I used Hotmail for the longest time and never got any emails. Once I changed to Gmail, I started getting email updates once or twice a week, but never for getting the platinums.
Replying to your comment: That's how the avatar looks for EU members. Not sure why. It doesn't have anything to do with completing the DLC.

It seems this one is only being distributed to other regions minus North America.

Glad to hear the demo is coming to both consoles and PC.
You won't have to re-download it. You can play it as many times as you want. It's just restricted to 30 minutes.
On PS4, no issues. I haven't tried PS3. On Account Management, everything I have downloaded is still there. 167 pages of downloaded items.
My mistake. That was the only issue I encountered.
I changed mine on October 27. I haven't encountered any issues so far and trophies weren't deleted. I also tested a few games.
