That's Pay As You Go. You're not on a plan, but you're still locked to one carrier until you pay to have your phone unlocked.
And the only decent plans (in regards to how many minutes and texts you get per month) are £40/$65 per month, and you have to pay £45/$60 for the iPhone itself before the plan even starts...

We'd be the families grabbing whatever they can in a desperate attempt to defend themselves, only to get eaten alive if we haven't already killed ourselves. That's how a zombie apocalypse would be, it's depressing, but a hell of a lot more interesting.
I was talking solely about MMO's. I agree, grief reports are usually very vague, sometimes if a whole clan/team were to report one player out of spite (just because said player was genuinely very good) that player could be wrongly punished.
PVP is a good way to settle disputes and/or provide a new playlist/game mode in itself, I think it could either solve issues or create more, depending on how worked up some players may get should they lose.

Although my solution (as noted) would just be to ban them. Maybe that seems a little too harsh, but in my mind it's a necessary punishment. Ruin the experience of others in such a way, and have your experience taken away. Don't even bother catering to people that try to ruin the fun of others, that's being way too generous - a waste of server space.
