As always, thank-you for your charming, constructive, mature response. I don't know if anyone's ever told you this, but your comments exude wisdom, intelligence and class.
Have you ever been on a debate team? If so, I bet it was the best damn debate team in town. Do me a favor, next time you're at one of those expensive clubs you always go to, show all the hot girls your N4G comment record, pictures of your gaming rig or your Star Trek DVD collection. <...

Uh oh!

The thing is, everything you just said literally means absolutely nothing to me.
The differences simply aren't large enough for me to have a nerd-gasm over like everyone else.
Great lighting effects and how many polygons are in the leaf of a tree are far, far too insignificant to warrant a massive comment discussing them - in my case, at least.
In order from best to worst:
1. PC
2. PS3
3. 360
I'll be buying it for PS3. There won't be a big difference on *ANY* platform, PC players will scream polygon this and DX that - but it doesn't make much of a difference at all.
Haha, if I was fat that'd be a problem. I guessed I'd get a ton of disagrees, but the only thing that interests me about + is closed betas and cloud storage.
Obviously gaming is an expensive hobby so thankfully I'm not poor or tight, I just can't justify getting it yet.
This intrigues me though, I'll look into it as it's not exactly expensive, I just want to get something I actually care about from it, and so far it doesn't have an...

Gotta love it :)

See, that's called thinking for yourself - it's what grownups do! /s
These are videos recorded on a camcorder, recording the TV screen at an angle. Stop being sheep.
Last week: "Just cancelled my pre-order, I'm disappointed Crytek. Even Crysis 1 looks better than this, BF3 for me. This game has consoleitis, now I'm saying something about some sub HD bullshit!"
Today: "OMG! This looks AMAZING. I knew yo...

Shift 2 = Racing Simulator
Gran Turismo 5 = Driving Simulator
I drive every day, it's bland, it's boring. I don't want to do it when I game, I want to race. I prefer fun over:
"Wow, it says I'm going 180mph but it feels like I'm driving at 30! If that's not realism, I don't know what is. And these physics! I have to tell the gaming community about these physics...I even studied physics! This is perfect!"...
Perfectly content with the current gen.
Haha, thank-you Sir! The people who disagreed are angry Peter Kay clones ;)
"or you might just be a girl with no will to win."
LOL. No, I'm a guy. I just play calmly and sensibly, you win a lot more when you're actually thinking, rather than sitting there shouting:
"I f*cking shot him! That's bullsh*t, f*cking hacker! He's hacking! (Ragequits)*
I prefer to be the person who pisses everyone on the enemy team off, not the person who gets bullied. The second you lose your cool, you lose.

Facepalm.

Although I take gaming fairly seriously, I'll never let it piss me off. If the 'angry gamers' could see themselves sitting in a dark room at 03.00am screaming at pixels on their TV screens and practically eating their microphones, I'm sure they would feel pretty damn pathetic. They're games - play for enjoyment or you're just wasting your time being angry at something that doesn't even exist.

By the way, I'm also British - and African Americans don't say 'brap' they usually speak English.
You're the kind of guy that makes the entire room go silent when you try to be funny. Goodbye.
