We are distributing this new update to fix a bug in patch 1.03.
Fixed a bug in the balance adjustment of the boss "Starscourge Radahn" in update 1.03, in which the power of some attacks was unintentionally reduced.
A new Inographic has been revealed detailing player tendencies.
Is that looking... less tarnished?
definitely looks like it's running more stable now. Here's hoping the delay isn't too much longer for those who want to play it.

Bandai Namco and FromSoftware decided to delay Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 in order to improve the game's performance on that platform.
What a name for a title with bad performance right now. Yup Tarnished Edition is about right. They made the right choice to delay this game.
Seems like they've made Radahn a bit too easy if they're pushing this fix out on it's own so quickly. I haven't fought him since the nerf, so I don't know. I was fine with the original difficulty to be honest. Such an epic fight needs to be a proper challenge.
The one thing I've noticed, that needs to be fixed asap, is the performance in Ordina Liturgical Town. I'm pretty sure it only happens when using a certain torch, because the first time I've been there I didn't notice any major issues. But going through it, yesterday was by far the worst performing part of the game for me.
I'm also curious if the passive status effects on weapons work as intended. It seems odd to me that bleed and poison scale, but other status effects don't seem to scale with anything. At least that's according to my own limited testing so far.
Instead of focusing on balances, focus on performance especially the pc version lol. I'm not playing the game again until they fix the stutters and fps drops. Balance seems fine as it is and be least priority.
I can't wait for someone to remaster this game.
They should fix the multiplayer I can let find the signs of my friends and am lvl 140
Despite a blockbuster hit which surpassed their own sale expectations, it is highly likely and saddening that performance issues will never be addressed.
