Does the new DLC ending on Mass Effect 3 change anything? A disappointed fan chooses her own conclusion.

EA is laying off an unknown number of individuals from across its Battlefield teams, including workers at Criterion, Dice, Ripple Effect, and Motive Studios, IGN understands.
When logic meets EA it generates anti-matter ..... so try not to apply it in any meaningful way. Entropy is what matters in there !!
cue the apologist saying that these are mostly just contractors hired for this specific project bla bla bla

The free-to-play reboot topped 15 million players in under three weeks, but EA now claims it needs to reshape the development team.
The community warned them this would happen but nope they knew better they continued with the live service push the made the art style cartoonish and this is the result

The Congressional Labor Caucus sent a letter to the FTC warning the debt-financed, largely PIF-owned deal could be bad news for workers
lol ya think? they're sending all that work to the cheaper labor market as soon as possible. and FYI, that labor market has exploded in the last 5-10 years. They have enough people to replace every single job. But honestly, EA is over filled with useless upper management as it is. You could probably trim 25% of their staff with no real loss in production. They aren't gamers, they're business execs. Just look at how many AI related jobs they're already starting to post. Its also hilarious that PIF owns Battle field 6
Wait,
The same congress that attacked Lina Khan when she fought the Microsoft Activision purchase.
The same congress that allowed Disney to buy 90% of Fox
The same congress that allowed Liv Golf to buy the PGA
The same congress that sits back while Paramount tries a hostile takeover despite losing the bid for Warner Bros.
NOW, the suddenly cares about doing what's "right" for works? Yeah, right.
EA now owned by The Saudis and Ubisoft to inevitably be owned by China. In hindsight, once EA and Ubisoft started having their financial woes, they should have pulled a Koei Tecmo/Bandai Namco by merging their operations into one.
Honestly the endings are still horrible if you think of how all the things we have did throughout the series did not matter at the end except our EMS rating and our choosing from one of three preset endings. And they just added a fourth unnecessary ending like current endings were diverse enough but missed one bad ending... Look at Dragon Age: Origins. It is the first game of a possible trilogy yet still has multiple endings similar to those found in Mass Effect 3. Hell, even better than them in terms of actual diversity. They claimed that the previous decisions we have made back in Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 will come and bite us in the ass. What happened to those? Would it be too hard to add a drastic consequence if we didn't save a specific person or even didn't kill one or maybe skipped a side quest? What happened to the diversity? What happened to pleasing as much fans as possible? Would it be too hard to add a perfect ending for the people who actually wanted to see such one and invested themselves greatly in the game and did all the sidequests in the best way possible to achieve that goal? Here let me make a couple based off of what we have so far. You save a couple of specific persons or maybe collect enough scientists and if you choose the Destroy ending, Crucible, since it is properly calibrated due to having good amount of scientists, only targets the Reapers. I mean was this too hard? I had less than a minute to think of this, they had more than a year. All of the current endings, despite the added explanatory cutscenes that came with the Extended Cut, are still horrible and does not deserve to be the only endings of Mass Effect 3.
Big fan of the first 2 games wont play the third game as all the hogwash about it turned me off changing the game meh.
Well The Mass Effect EC endings happened, some fans swallowed their pride and forced themselves to like it... I on the other hand just felt like they could've done so much more, seeing how they stealth retcon some scenes and replaced it with others to still hold their "artistic integrity". I kinda had my heart on the IT but knew it wouldn't happen... But you have to admit, it would've been an awesome twist if not the greatest twist in video game history if they did indeed adopted the fan made theory.
I know our imaginations dont have a budget. But to give us a Matrix like ending to close a trilogy is just plain lazy and insulting to the Mass Effect universe lore.
Ill just pretend it was only two parts fixed im happy, the countless bitching and moaning just disgusted me i can let it go.
