No its not, otherwise we would heard about it by now. Even if they announced at TGS it still wouldn't come out next year.
Oh really? So why is it that when im downloading a patch update from the same game ( borderlands ) while on the 360 it takes seconds but on the PS3 it takes 2 to 3 mins at least. And both are on wireless mode. >_>

Because multiplayer is more fun and has more replay value then SP does. So yeah of course SP aren't as epic as they were before on FPS. Which is why it sells more and always will.
