He probably was referring to part by part... you can save money by building your own sir. Research prices look for sales and buy case, cpu, gpu, ram, psu, skip cd drive.
But to tell someone to do that for you is ridiculous. Cause if youre seriously trying to do it right, you put a lot of work into it (research). Typically you only do that when youre gonna buy it yourself. I know i wouldnt do that work and post links just to prove a point.
