(not the file from xbox.com) just unzip & copy it directly to usb or burn it directly to cd/dvd
they dont mention about usb on thier instructions,
strange someone needs to notify them about that
1)unzip file
2)copy the folder to the root of usb (yes usb works )
3)plug it in to your 360
4)now you should get a message on the 360 about the update
