As big as Bungie is, I think an acquisition of a Japanese publisher would be even bigger considering the portfolio of some of those Japanese companies.

I think even Sony knows they can't compete with Microsoft's money.
It'll do what it does best, exclusives and third-party deals. I do believe they need 1 more major acquisition, whoever that may be.

I would suggest u do play the game to get the lore, gameplay and the story, or you could just watch a cutscene movie on YouTube. But do play the game, it's awesome.
