Also, if you look back at the redemption times they were 9am and 9pm central, 3pm and 3am London time... And 2-4am central which is 8-10am London time. I don't see how you are sleep then?!
IF you have the PS3 version and go to the premium section, it says close quarters releases TODAY.
EA announced last E3 that the PS3 version gets DLC drops a week early (6/12/2012 minus 1 week = 6/5/2012, minus an extra day so that EA could line it up with their conference, means that PS3 gets it today, 6/4/2012).

This game excites many people, especially those who can't afford every new fps that hits the market. This game isn't even targeted at the EVE online players, they are expanding the universe to make the game accessible to others.

I understand where you are coming from, but I think this is a pretty innovative way to increase replay value. Using social media is one of the best ways to get people on the game who may have stopped playing because they moved on to a different game. It has forced me to log into the game 5times already and while I am on why not play?
