i live in Europe and i have 10mbit download and 1mb upload no limits but it cost me monthly about 40USD but this includes free from charge telephone (24/7 free calls in the country) plus charge for cable TV with packages HBO Canal+, sport etc. and Live TV (all channels via net from WWW) for about 30 USD
