I'm sure it's gonna be brilliant, but unfortunately, I think the last delay was a mistake. Hype increases for every single day that the game's not released, and pushing the date forward to August gives us nearly two more months for doing so. By that time, people's expectations will have further increased, and the game won't be able to keep up at this rate.
I honestly felt exactly the same way. Mind you, at least it didn't tear a massive hole in my soul like The Last of Us.

I think people are making way too much of a big deal out of this honestly. When it comes down to it, it's a game about killing each other in exceedingly unrealistic ways, so in the end, does it matter so much whether the avatar you gun down has tits or not? I know it's a principal, but in the end everybody's essentially just a bag of meat. I know there's a principle, but I seriously don't think it's worth making a fuss over.

Looks good from the trailer. The fact that the zombies may actually have some scientific logic to them like in the Last of Us isn't a bad thing either. Not to mention it would make the zombies scarier too (also like in TLOU). I mean what's more frightening: a lumbering husk that slowly stumbles towards you and requires a headshot (that's probably not very hard at the distance that they actually become dangerous in any way), or a screaming monster that looks like it won't fall ...

It's funny how you remember things. I played this like a year ago and honestly remember it more like the E3 version. But I was playing on PC so the graphics might have been better. Maybe not, I honestly don't remember.

This game is looking great, but I'm gonna take this opportunity to say how bad companies like ESBR and PEGI (a little better but still bad) rate games nowadays. I know that it's somebody's job to rate games like this, but I get the feeling like it's way to simplistic. Like there's a tiny drug reference in the game, and BOOM, there's a year on to the rating (ok maybe a slight exaggeration but you get the gist of what I'm getting at).
