I love those "people hate it, so it will be successful" argument about Kinect. No, it won't. PSPGo was hated a lot too, and it failed as everybody predicted.
Kinect is hated because it's a useless expensive piece of hardware delivering only 5 year old shovelware. A glorified 2005 PS Eyetoy. That, plus MS hyped it like the second coming of Jesus, then delivered nothing.
Move = real core games in HD like Sorcery, Socom, Dead Space, Killzone 3. 50 $. Works perfectly 1:1 and no lag.
Kinect = pure shovelware casual games / dance games. 150$. Doesn't work well, laggy.
Easy choice, really.
Kinect is not even out and it's already an epic failure.
MS should focus on real games instead, or copy PS Move and make great core games for this copy.

Sony wins again. No surprise here, they were working on motion controls ten years ago with Eyetoy, long before the Wii.
Can't wait for the Move and Sorcery and the tons of other core games supported (LBP2, Socom4, KZ3)

I'm getting Move too. It's not a big shit like Kinect, I mean there are nice core games for it, it doesn't cost 150$, and there's no 1 sec lag.

Kinect is more the present of shovelware than the future of gaming.
Kinect deserves to rank among the biggest failures in my opinion...

- can't be used by 3 players or more
- can't be used while sitting down
- can't be used by black people
- can't be used if the room has low light
- can't be used by handicapped people
- can't be used unless your room is huge...
The big difference is Move has tons of great core games and Kinect has nothing other than shovelware (worse than wii).
