I actually paid £280 for my 360 and another £40 on GRAW. If you can do maths than you will find out that it comes out at £320. Juevani, could you please tell me why i would want to install any OS on the PS3 when i would rather play games, is the PS3 trying to be a computer?
Also, Xbox Live is better than the PSN which i really don't mind paying for, if you can't afford paying £40 a year or £2.50 a month then you must be very poor. Have fun using Blu-Ray...
I have already bought it and it does look awesome and with the Halo 3 beta its just the icing on the cake.
Why in hell did they pick HMV, they should of picked Game or Gamestation as they are much cheaper than HMV. £425 is pretty expensive for a new console, unless your rich which it should be cheap for you.

Wow Juevani is it because this is not coming out on the PS3 that you voted lame, well its only coming out on the PC and Xbox 360.
I do think that MS should scrap the Core package and then release a bigger memory card, say 256mb and then release a bigger hard drive, say 60GB, 80GB or even 120GB.
I was going to get the 60GB version as the 20GB version is like the 360 core version, both are called "R3tard packs"
If this does turn out to be true than MS are gonna release a bigger memory card and they will release a bigger hard drive.
£425 is really not that cheap for the average consumer. Try to earn £425 and another £50 for a game as well when your 15 years old, its expensive for many people no matter what age you are, the point being is that why should we have to wait a whole year and then have to pay more while the Japanese get it earlier than us and also get a 20% price cut i think it was.
Thanks Sony for releasing later in Europe and whats thats we still get ripped off. The UK is so expensive that it sucks.
I suppose it was bound to be released on the Xbox 360 as Gears of War had done so well, maybe that was the reason Epic did not want to announce UT 2007 fro the 360 so that GoW would get alot of attention and make more money.
I really don't think that Sony will break even with the PS3 by the end of the year and how does this guy know how much percentage the PS3 is really using. The PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii have so much more inside them then many people think. Just watch, by the end of this year you will see amazing games with great graphics, ie. Halo 3, GTA IV, Motorstorm etc etc.
Wow that really sucks for the Irish people who want to buy the PS3.
I thought Killzone 2 was costing $120 million dollars, its around £70 million pounds i think.
I hope that this game and the other game they are working on for the time being will be released soon and will be excellent.
This beta is actually for everyone, but us europeans will have to pay MS and Bungie money just to get the invite but i'm not buying Crackdown only for the Halo 3 Beta invite but its sweet enough.
I saw the vids and the screenshots and they are very bad quality but hey i like the spartan on the ATV. Crackdown is coming Feb 22th in the UK and with the Halo 3 Beta, both will be excellent games.
Portables should do something different from the console counterparts. I'm not hating on the PSP to be honest but it just does not have the games to complete with the DS. If Nintendo gave the DS all the functions apart from the widescreen then i would say it is awesome. The few good things that the PSP does have is that its widescreen is excellent, its also easier to develop for than the PS2, its actually not as powerful as the PS2 but not that much weaker. Well the Nintendo Wii is actually quieter than the PS3 and i have played the Wii and i own the Xbox 360 but i don't know how the PS3 can be quieter than the Wii to be honest.
To be honest the PSP really is not that good, even though i like the DS i still feel dissapointed by the handhelds as they have not don't enough in mmy view, well the DS did add a touch screen but there needs to be more stuff.
Sega and the dreamcast only failed because they ran out of money and because Sony hyped and lied about the PS2 beyond anything. Remember that MS is richer than Sony and can and will last a long time in the gaming industry. Also, SimmoUK you are an annoying fanboy who just hates the 360 without reason.
