I won't switch to Linux or any other operating system until it has the software and hardware support of Windows, why should I bother going to these other OS's when I got everything I need with Vista 64bit.
I really want this on the PC where I prefer RTS games, hmm should I wait and see if it goes to the PC or not.
They do alot of these hardware surveys on Steam, I reckon there is a small team of maybe less than 5 working on a new engine at Valve for Half Life 3, I wonder what Half Life 3 will look like considering L4D on the source engine still looks pretty damn good.
There is only a limit on arcade games on XBL so it will fit on the memory sticks. There are games up to 5GB or maybe more being sold on XBL this is just for future reference for those trying to quote the limit to XBLA games.
I only use FF now, got Chrome installed but I don't like it and I will use IE whenever I really have to.
Can't wait to pick this up for my PC next year.
Home is boring though, I looked at everything in about 5-10 mins. The problem is that its got nothing to do and at this moment is basically a Second Life in HD without the ability to make your own content by using scripts.
I love the Company of Heroes games from Relic, good to see they know what good DRM is.
Black Box studios made the excellent Skate so its kinda sad to see them being closed down. On the other hand, if they only canned the NFS series then I would be happy, less milking from EA.
Just been playing L4D on my PC while waiting to try out Home. Guess I'll check it out and see what its like.
I think a few people are making a mall map for L4D PC version even though the SDK for L4D is not out yet.
It is optional, create the damn thing then forgot about it and use a gamerpic instead. I really doubt that these avatars effect the amount of enjoyment you get from your 360.
Are you sure your not getting mixed up with the Unreal Engine 3 being tapped out and not the 360?
Alot of the UK shops have being offering random deals. Hell, Gamestation the same one offering this deal is also offering Fallout 3 for £20 on all three platforms.
Just bought this awesome game on the PC as well as Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts.
Guys stop responding to the trolls your just giving them attention which is what they want.
Theres also SP2 for Vista coming out next year. Currently loving Vista 64bit SP1 on my PC at this moment. I prefer it to XP and the search within the start button is awesome.
Blu-Ray rewriteable discs and Blu-Ray burner for the PC are bloody expensive. Nothing is ever unhackable and it will only take time to hack the PS3.
Whoever said that SecuROM is a good DRM my be joking because its just plain horrible and annoying.
I reckon the next Xbox will either go the route of the Wii, where its a little more powerful than the PS3 and has a bigger drive so more stuff can be put onto the disk. The other route is to build a more powerful console with a massive hard drive and another disk format say the Holographic disk which holds 1TB of data. Man that console would kick so much ass.
Not that impressed with the game graphically, Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 look alot better.
