For some games, they are way too harsh, but sometimes they become way too generous, like for this one.
They should be more consistent if they don't want to distort their reputation.
Because this update is for both PS3 and PSP, meaning that if you have a PSP and you visit the PlayStation Store with it, you will see the Store has been updated with new PSP contents.
Looks like another fake review like the one posted by Gamereactor.

This video here is very old.
Here's the link to this exact same video, but posted on September 11, 2009...

Seriously guys, it's pointless to argue over this vid.
Great post man, I was also a huge fan of the MoH series back when they were released on PSone.
They have recently started giving 'perfect' scores like candies, I mean just this year they have 4 games (Dragon Quest IX, Monster Hunter Tri, Bayonetta and New Super Mario Bros. Wii) rated a 'perfect' 40/40.
And FFXIII still has yet to be released this year. O_O
Btw, while you are at it, why don't you approve this submission of mine, it still has zero approval. :(
They gave Modern Warfare 2 a 10/10/10/9, meaning 39 out of 40. Notice the word "almost".
So no, you didn't read that correctly. :O
Actually, VGC reported that close to 500k PS3s have been sold in the whole America a few day ago. And they had Xbox 360 at ~325k.
That sounds pretty close to the official figures, no?
The slim was out, and that's why the game division (Network and Product Services) lost $654 million for the quarter, but that was mainly due to a deterioration in profitability in VAIO PCs and the game business.
GameSpot only had one 9.5/10 title (Chinatown Wars), and now in just 2 weeks they have three other games rated 9.5 out of 10 -- Four with CTW PSP included.
I don't have any issue with that really, but this whole 0.5 review system GameSpot is using doesn't show you the difference between the quality titles clearly, so I think it would be a lot better if they sticked to their original point system like IGN.
Turned the metascore back to 97 for now!
Godly!
They claim that the single player is 12 hour and "the multiplayer is more than generous" and then they go out and give the lasting appeal an 8.5?
Are they really serious with this one?
And know that Gamervision gave Demon's Souls the lowest score (6/10) amongst all sites.
So even haters can't deny the charm of Uncharted 2. ;)
"Sony stand to gain nothing?" Columbia Pictures is stand to gain nothing, not Sony.
The new 'unreleased' music (This is it) is from Sony Music, so it will most likely return a huge amount of profits for Sony through the new album which contains this new soundtrack. And like "PirateThom" mentioned, they will most likely get their share through other compilations.
-Sony has paid $60 million for the rights to the rehearsal footage, not $50 million.
-Sony doesn't profit much with the movie, after they recouped the cost, the profit will go to AEG Live, and Micheal Jackson's estate.
-Jackson's estate will get 90% of the profits and AEG Live will get the remaining 10% from the film's revenue.
Like I said below, they have rated Demon's Souls graphics a 9.4. And that game is releasing one week prior to Uncharted 2.
Talk about messed up!
After that 15 minutes trailer a year ago, it wasn't so hard to call on the scores this game is currently receiving. :)
