Just to say that they did it, that's why I believe they went through the trouble. Because as of right now, pirating ps3 games is more expensive then actually buying them.
Actually, wasn't it already simple to pirate them? I remember a site way back when that gave instructions, but you had to fork out a ton of cash for a blue ray burner for your computer.

Army of Two epically sucked. Everything about that game was horrid. I had a bud come over to play the demo with me, and we did not have fun with it at all. In fact it was more of a chore to play the demo. If anything, Gears 3 can use some new gameplay elements of sorts, but not what Army of Two offers.

Since when is Vietnam the second most milked genre? If anything Modern Warfare is extremely milked now. Look at all the games coming out set in the modern era.

He means that because MW2 is believed to have caused games to be delayed until next year, that we're going to have a better 2010 because of it.
For the fools above me who so obviously didn't read the article, what the author meant was that combined, the marketing campaign, hype from gamers, and hype from the company was greater than any other game that came out.
HURR DURR, Halo 3 had the most overhyped campaign ever, no where did the author say the game was bad though.
