Wasn't doomed a year ago or 2 years ago, or 3 years ago, or ever since the rise of online gaming. In fact for the last 3 years plus next year the biggest games coming out are single player oriented games. So no, not doomed except for DOOM Eternal and by doomed I mean it for our wallets, our time and those demons.
