Saaking is right i believe, when i bought a used game at gamestop a while back the guy told me whenever you buy a game used you can take it back within 7 days and exchange it for another game (and pay the difference if its more). If you're doing it all the time im sure they would say something, but in this case you wouldnt really have to worry. I though will be keeping all 3 games i go buy tomorrow Demons Souls, Infamous, and Assassins Creed 2.
