Ok....Graphics we all know who wins. Online I hardly ever experienced lag on Kz2 with 32 players in a map and i cant say the same for gears with less than half of that. Gameplay wise though its all to personal preference, i enjoyed Gears SP more than Kz2 and i liked Kz2 MP more.

The money goes in their pockets. I too though would like a powerhouse Nintendo console but i expect NiN to try the same strategy over and over again until it seems to not be as profitable.
I believe at one point Microsoft was looking into buying SEGA but for some reason it never went through. I wouldn't mind if Nintendo bought them i'd just want it to be next gen or until a WiiHD so they could make decent games.
