Well if you think about it Forza 3 is an updated version of the F2 engine and GT5 is an updated version of the GT5p engine so they've both had about the same dev time granted GT5 has had a about a year more but PD also made a psp game too within that time.

Kinect plus Ps Move controller would of been brutal though, i don't see kinect being all that great for the hardcore though at least not without some sort of controller. I do see kinect doing well sales wise but i see it having the Wii effect, very few games selling well while alot of them flop. Who knows though maybe MS has some secret bad ass games stashed away for the hardcore gamer.
On a real battlefield i'd agree with you, but in a video game i rarely see any thought really go into it. Mainly theirs usually the campers and the run n gunners, yea theyre's a few people out there who might think things through but its really not that much different then encountering a fire dragon in an rpg and having to choose the best way too attack it.

Still waiting for an xbox site to actually ask the question "what does this device offer the hardcore gamer", you know the majority of the 360's current fanbase. Don't get me wrong if Kinect was only around 40-75$ id pick it up just so my GF and little cousins could play with the thing when they come over but since i have yet to see a single hardcore game or even a concept of how one would work i can't see spending $150 on it.
