Since when is 86 a flop? If 86 is a flop then a lot of games have been flops this gen....Halo ODST, Crackdown, Crackdown 2, Alan Wake, Fable 3, Castlevania Lords of Shadow. Besides not all the reviews are in, and we all know Sony 1st party games are held at a higher standard when it comes to reviews.

Basically this, all the hype and long dev time is causing reviewers to be a little harsher on the game which i think is kinda wrong, when reviewing a game you should be doing exactly that reviewing the game itself not the hype behind it and not the development time.
Sadly most reviewers were prolly never even GT fans so they are going to expect something other than a racing simulator so they will mark it down for that reason. Oh well though GT has it's huge fanbase that...

Well that sucks but if it comes out around the time of Mk9 i'll be putting it off anyways since that will be my fighting game for a bit so hopefully by time i get bored with it there will be a demo or someone i know will have it.
Thats how it works by my house too, Sadly the only games they ever really have midnight launches for are CoD and Halo (Fable 2 had one) which is pointless because the Meijer and Walmart right next to it always stock their new games at midnight and for some reason no one knows this.
I just wish I had the money for GT5 right now, guess I'll have to wait a week or two.
I believe they have already made all the money to cover the budget of the game from GT5p sales, so pretty much everything at this point is pure profit.

Would be sweet if it was GG new IP but I doubt they will show it off before Kz3 is released, most likely it'll be something we all are expecting (Uncharted 3) but either way i'm sure it'll be good.
Eightdays and The Getaway were put on hold so Sony could focus on more online oriented games, I hope one of them shows up soon and I would be very happy if what they are planning to show is Eightdays maybe even happier than if it was a Peace Walker port...maybe.

yep you can win games, points, and console bundle with kinect...its with kelloggs cereal, at least with froot loops. Funny thing is my buddy brought it over and didn't open it, said i could keep it then right after he left i opened it and it had a thing inside that said "You Won"...too bad it wasn't a bundle though cause i really could of rubbed that in.

It's an older franchise they are trying to bring back. I believe this is suppose to be a remake of the original, they are beat em' ups with horror themes.
From the video's I've watched lately showing off GT5 every has said that the standard cars don't have any type of cockpit view, it's sad but i guess we will have to deal.
EDIT- Very true, besides who plans on using anything but the premium cars anyways right.

T9X69 pretty much nailed it, not that reviews aren't helpful but in the end i think most people ignore them...i mean how many of us bought FF13 even though most reviews said it was a let down I know I did and even though i agree with them now that i've played it i still picked it up.
