The beta was good marketing in the sense I went and bought Bad Company 2 brand new after playing it and preordered BF3....then again I never overhyped myself for the game as I've learned that always ends badly.

Just curious, how does this game stack up to Crysis 2(ps3) graphically and framerate wise.
I can see why PC gamers are upset but times have changed in the 20 years the man has been working in the industry, consoles is where the money is at for a majority of games and it makes sense to work on the lowest platform first so you can just build upon it for more advanced hardware.
I just think everyone is being little children about it saying "i'll never buy a Camrack game again", although I'm sure they'll still pirate it.

Why because of graphics??? What ever happened to just wanting a fun game. It's not like the game looks like crap either and I believe they're patching in more graphic options for the game too.
Wow so much hate, years and years of great games and you all turn on him over this...the man who basically created the biggest genre in gaming. What's even funnier is everyone is acting like he makes all the decisions on everything, stop being baby's...besides te PC modding community will have texture mods in no time.
Well duh they don't own Gears, yea they publish it and it's a great franchise that makes them tons of money but I'm sure they care more about their baby than EPIC's.
For me though it'll always be Gears>Halo, Halo just seems like every other shooter but with 10x the hype.
The only people going to CoD are the ones who would have gotten it anyways. I don't even see where all the hate for BF3 is coming from, everyone I know that has played it said they'd rather have it that CoD (besides the few hardcore COD fanbois I know because they can't set in 1 spot the whole game in BF). The only bad decision IMO with the beta is they used a map without tanks and etc, which was prolly so the CoD players would give it a chance.

Like others have said its a terrible video game to film adaption (really though they didnt really have a story to work with) but its still an amusing movie.

You do realize MS has to make them kinect only games because they pretty much have to be or they'd be completely lame...I mean are you gonna play kinectimals with a controller. Move works for every type of game so why not put it in.
Don't know why tanoris is getting disagrees the Budokai games where much better than anything released in a long time, It'd be nice if they at least went back to the 2D fighting stages.
